Easy booking can be made through our online request form or you can call or email us anytime. Payment can be made by  credit or debit card. Until a non-refundable deposit payment is paid your booking is not secure. A security deposit of £500 is taken at the time of collection, refunded to you once the camper is safely returned. 

On collection of the camper please bring with you the following:

• Photocard licence ( Full UK) along with your DVLA check code.
• 3 month utility bill with home address included.
• Payment of security deposit.

Other than that all you need is to pack up and go!

Yes! all we ask is that you leave a key should the vehicle need to be moved. Any vehicle that is left is at the owners risk and MPC are not responsible for the vehicle. 

Additionally we also offer a collection service from the local train station Kirkham and Wesham

Unfortunately Banner does not currently come with either a tow bar or roof racks. 

The camper will come with a hook-up cable provided. Hook up is required should you want to use the 3pin 240v sockets and the 3pin eclectic fan heater. All other appliances run off the leisure battery including lighting, fridge freezer, 12v sockets and USB sockets. 

Insurance for two drivers is included in the rental charge. You are covered by our fully comprehensive, self-drive hire insurance as long as you:

• Hold a UK driving license. 
• Are aged 25-75
• Have 3 or more years driving experience
• Have 6 or fewer penalty points on your license.

Other restrictions do apply, please ask for details. 

 We have a 3 day minimum booking policy all year round however  we have a 5 day minimum booking policy in July and August. 

Campers can be collected from 11am on your first day of booking and must be returned by 3pm on the last day of your booking. 

Yes! We’ve provided everything you need to enjoy cooking in Banner. We provide all cleaning essentials, pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses and mugs. There is ample cupboard space for food and drinks and we even have a  bottle opener and corkscrew.

Yes! Of course we do, we are dog lovers! We allow small to medium sized dogs in the campervan.  We do charge an additional cost of £20 per hire and we ask that dogs are kept off the seats. 

Smoking and the use of vapes is strictly prohibited inside the campervan. 

We operate a like for like fuel policy. You will receive the camper van full and it is required to be returned refilled.
